I was surprised when I heard it. At first I wasn't sure it's TKY∞ who is singing it since I can't listen to it properly (cousins chit chating next to me) so I called and asked my sis (who was at home) to listen to it instead. and yes she said it is TKY∞ and made me listen through phone. We even laughed together at one part (00:14) and she kept repeating the same part haha As I got more excited, I plugged my ears with earphones and listened to it properly. I thought it's a leaked new song. turned out it's just a cover song, uploaded by TKY∞ himself LOL. whatever it is, it's something fresh to listen to!

I wish I can go. I checked airline tickets to both HK and TW after D-san tweeted about it, but omg it's so expensive. Of course, it's during holiday/Christmas time and it's kinda a last minute thing. What sucks more is that ticket to Osaka is like 3-4 times cheaper orz but I still can't go. NO MONEY. already burnt a lot when I went to Tokyo last July. Still in debt haha and this couple of months I also have been spending money buying UVERstuffs from auction. So broke right now huhu.

ANYWAY, tomorrow is the release date for BABY BORN & GO/KINJITO. CDs will hit the store today. I'm still waiting for HMV to send e-mail noticing me they dispatched the CD. I hope I'll get it ASAP.

for two weeks I had missed CAS. Last week I forgot all about it and went to sleep earlier. Two days ago, my internet kinda died, and the radio station in Keyhole that broadcast CAS gone. Hopefully it will come back again soon. This happened before. I'm not sure if I can catch it this week, or after that since my semester officially ends this Friday. yup final exam in Friday! After this I can say goodbye to lectures and hello to practical world. Oh God. Am I ready for this? Ooo Okay back to CAS. Since holiday will start next week, and I'm not going home (family coming for holiday so I'm gonna tag along, hopefully I get to go to Kinokuniya and buy B=Pass and Arena with UVER on covers), I doubt I can listen and record CAS. so yea, hopefully they don't do anything interesting+funny+TKY in next sessions. boo hoo.

Oh well, before I start rambling non stop, I'll go and do final preparation (and sleep!) for tomorrow's presentation. Wish me LUCK!

p/s I've been thinking to send a letter/present to TKY for his B'day. for like what, 5 years+ I've been a fangirl I've never send anything physical. just wishes in BBS etc. I thought of getting him something but something always came up and I gave up. thought of sending him a card too but since I'm not good at writing I kept putting it on hold. Now the date is nearer I need to kick my own ass and start writing. after exam of course. hopefully he'll get it in time.
I still wonder if he gets T-shirt that I gave when i went to UVER concert in Yoyogi. Even if he got it, I'm not sure if it fits him haha I don't know his size. hopefully it's not too small. D:

On 25th December 2011, Christmas day, UVERworld will perform in 日本武道館 (Nippon Budokan) like every other year. The different for this year is that their live concert will be broadcast live nationwide!

Titles and release date for UVERworld's new single has been announced at their official website.

The single will be a double A-side single and released on 14th December 2011. Titles of the songs are【BABY BORN & GO】and【KINJITO】. Previews of the songs (a long ones) can be heard at their website or you can DL it here.The songs also will be on air today and tomorrow. Let's hope for full ver!

UVERworld Application for Android and iPhone/iPad

bear in mind thought, this application so far as I know didn't work for most overseas users I know.
For android users, there's possibility your phone won't let it be installed.
As for iPhone/iPod/iPad it can be tricky to download the apps. Try getting it from Japan iTunes store (I actually made an account for this haha). ~~I managed to DL it but I haven't try is yet. Not sure if it works on iPhone not from Japan.~~ tried installing it on my dad's iPhone with the help of my bro. it worked :D

However, this doesn't mean you shouldn't try your luck! who doesn't want the application, right? XD

If any of you manage to get it to work, please tell me so that I can update this post :D

Japan Trip Summer 2011 ~Day 2~

Sorry for the lack of update. So here's Day 2!

After a good night sleep (aaa the headache gone!) I woke up, take a bath ( a long one), had breakfast then went out. First place to visit, Sensoji Temple. It's one of the must visit in Asakusa. It's very very near to my hostel, a walking distance. So, I walked for a while and TA-DA, Kaminarimon is right across the street. After taking a few photos, I walked pass through it. There, you'll see a street full of shops selling souvenirs, foods etc. That one long street is called Nakamise Dori. I spent time looking at souvenirs but ended up not buying anything (tight budget, currency exchange sucks). Perpendicular to the dori is Shin Nakamise Dori, full of shops too but I didn't check it out. At the end of the street is another gate, Hozomon. Pass the gate you can see the big Sensoji Temple. Five Storied Pagoda and various other... things... I then walked through a garden to the left of Sensoji Temple (if you're facing it). It's beautiful, with a small stream and all. Too bad it's summer season, no pretty scenery like during Spring and Autumn.

From there on, I continued the walk till I was on a street. SO, I was back to the ordinary Asakusa. I decided to find LAWSON because I wanted to buy ticket to enter Ghibli Museum. Unfortunately, even when I'm equipped with a map, I still got lost there. Oh my. After I passed by a pachinko parlour, ROX department store (it's still closed at the time boohoo), Tsutaya Record Shop (I went inside for a while and went @_@ too many CD/DVD) I finally asked a small bookshop owner how to get to LAWSON. I know I was somewhere near it! He told me the direction in Japanese while gesturing the right direction. I can catch a few words, like migi (Right) and hidari (left) XD After thanking him, I walked following the direction and finally arrived at the konbini. I went inside and asked a lady worker there if she knows English. She somewhat went a bit panicked and quickly called another worker. The guy came to me and I asked him how to buy Ghibli Museum ticket. He gladly took me to a small machine near the entrance and helped me key in the details (like name and phone number. He used his phone number since I don't have any) and selected a date and time. Then he went back to the counter for ticket printing. I got the ticket and paid. I then walked back to Sensoji Temple. Amazingly I found the entry (the way I went out earlier) quite easily XD

From there, I walked to Asakusa Tokyo Metro Subway, Ginza Line. I took a train, switched to Hibiya Line, and straight to Akihabara. At Akihabara, my first stop is a very big department store, Yodabashi Kamera. It's really big with lots of electronic stuffs but I went straight up to the floor where Tower Records is. Went inside and again I went @_@ with lots of CDs and DVDs.Not to mention that I have no idea how they arranged them. After walking around a few times I finally spotted TOKYO DOME DVD at the "new release" section. I took one of course. Then I decided to find UVERcds but failed so I asked a worker where is UVERworld LOL he doesn't understand at first orz than I showed him the DVD in my hand. He showed me the right shelf. aaaa sooo many UVERworld CDs!!! -3- I want Neo Sound Best (the only album I don't have. D:) Anyway, after only looking (and admiring) the CDs, I went to pay for the DVD (omg expensive) along with a magazine (B=PASS I think. don't remember haha). Outside of the store is another store. Bookstore. I went inside and again I went @_@ soooo many books and magazine aaaaaand MANGA! None of the Japanese magazine has UVER on the cover (boohooo) so I decided to buy Jump SQ (Allen of D.Gray-man on the cover!). I almost took Shonen Jump too (glad I didn't or I'll die from carrying them).

Happy with the DVD in my hand, I went out of the department store and started walking... randomly. I have no idea where is this street full of people and anime and manga and maid cafe and figure and gundam etc etc etc I thought I bound to find one even if I just walk in straight line. I was dead wrong. I walked till there's nothing to see. Since I don't have map of Akihabara I only relied on maps at the sidewalk. I saw there's a small park so I decided to go there. There were a bunch of kids (kindergarten I think) and their mums. Cute~~~ So I had my rest there, and light lunch. Tried reading the Jump SQ too haha can only understand a little bit (I was reading Ao no Exorcist) XD after that I walked again, in the opposite direction (because the map said there's something there but idk what's in there .__.) walked walked walked till arrived at Ueno-hirokoji Station. I decided to walk again till I get to Ueno. (somewhere along there I saw Tsutaya again and searched for UVER ehehehe).

Ariving at Ueno, I immediately went to Ueno park. Shitamachi Museum was where I went to first. It's a small museum but still nice to see what's inside. They have English speaking guide too. He's really nice :D From there I walked around the park. In the middle is a big lake covered with lotus. Unfortunately during my trip I can barely see any blooming flowers. However you can spot big, no huge Koi fish O_o my camera ran out of battery around this time so no photo of the fish D:

While I was watching the fish (and tortoises) a man came by and started talking to me. He knew English and claimed that he's a haiku poet. yea we talked a little but I felt uneasy so I excused myself. It's getting late too btw. Trying to 'run away' from the man I walked without looking where I was going and ended up going to the wrong direction. I have to walk quite far to go to the exit of the park. Oh man... I don't remember what exactly happened afterward but I finally managed to find myself outside the park. I was too tired to go to the Ueno Zoo so I decided to go back to my hostel. From Ueno Park I walked back to Asakusa. I wanted to ride Panda Bus (free shuttle bus) but I have no idea where to take it. I saw one passed me though D:

I have no idea walking from Akihabara-Ueno-Asakusa is a good idea or not. It's really tiring but fun as well. I haven't walk far for ages (I hate walking even for 100 metre :P) but walking that far on my first day. aiyoo... I had 6 days to go!

anyway, after I arrived at Asakusa (my first planned is to walked through Kappabashi till Asakusa to look at knives my bro asked me to but decided not to because I'll have to walk a few more blocks) to get there. err too many 'to's). I went back to my hostel and charged my camera. As the day is still young, I decided to go to ROX. and too find a 100 yen shop. Nope I didn't find the 100 yen shop (either the map lied to me or I was just too blind to see it). In ROX there's UNIQLO. I browsed around for a short time only. Then I went to their underground supermarket just to take a look haha idk if taking photo is permitted so I took a few secretly. I felt like a thief because I kept taking out camera from my bag in a suspicious manner whenever I saw interesting... food. orz Since I was out of water (it's freaking hot during summer!) I bought a water bottle (Volvic AHA) and went to the counter and I saw interesting scene. Customer will put their basket at one end while the cashier put empty basket at the other end. The cashier will scans the items (obviously) and put the items into the empty basket along with plastic bag. After paying, the customer takes the basket to another counter and put his items into the plastic bag himself. Oh ya I was surprised. don't laugh. We don't do like that where I live.

Afterward, I went back to my hostel, taking another route, through, what I believed, Shin Nakamise Dori. The street is pretty empty because all the shops already closed. You can only see a few people walking (and cycling) there. Soon I arrived at my hostel. AAAAND end of the second day. fuh~

Japan Trip Summer 2011 ~Day 1~

It's better for me to post my memories of recent trip to Tokyo, Japan before I forget most of them. I have pretty bad memory. lol

I'll start with the first day of the journey. 5 July 2011.
I started packing a day before. More like the night before. With a great help from my mom (thank God). Woke up early in the morning, got ready then off to airport with my younger sis and bro. My flight was early in the morning so my mom sent me first before sending my siblings to school. Dad wasn't around because his workplace is pretty far from our home. After checked in, hugged family, I went into the boarding hall, waiting for my flight. Nope, not flight to Tokyo. not yet.

Not long after that, I boarded the plane. Slept most of the 2.5-3 hours flight to KL. After arriving at the airport, I wandered a bit. It's still early. around 10 or 11 am. I was super hungry though. Since I don't like having too many luggage with me, I went to the check in counter. This time, to Tokyo. Still not open. I idled there for a while. When the counter opened I immediately went for check in. If I'm not mistaken I was among if not 5, the 10 earliest passenger lol.

Checked in. Gone one bag (full of food). With only bagpack and sling bag, I went for lunch. I didn't go to McDonald though. I don't remember why. Either because there were too many people or that I didn't feel like eating one. Okay, let's cut the crap.

Lunch done. Time for boarding hall. Went there. Stomach ache. Went to toilet but I heard announcement calling passenger to Tokyo to go to the designated gate. oh sh!t. There was still quite a time before the real boarding time. why oh why. I decided to abandoned my mission (lol) and went to the gate. Before entering I went to buy bottled water first ehe. oh okay I talked craps again XD anyway, I waited for a while. Then it's time to board the plane. My flight was scheduled to depart at 14:40.

doki doki...

On the plane now. My seat was at the back. Oh my there were A LOT of empty seats! I was suppose to seat beside this one man, but he decided to change seat so it was only me and an empty seat. Yup, two seats only. Which means, I get to sit on his seat, next to the window. sweeeeet~! So, window, me, my sling bag next to me, walkway (?), 3 seats, walkway, then no idea how many seats after that lol

I can't find my iPod USB. Not only I can't tranfer L6S into iPod, I can't even charge it! In the end I brought CD player along. Who said buying CD is a waste of money, it's useful haha

Anyway, the 7 hours flight (I think so, didn't count the time, and my flight arrive late) was pretty boring. I spent the time sleeping (most of the time), looking out of the window, thinking, imagining, watching other people and listening to LIFE 6 SENSE. Boring right (like this entry :P).

seriously, where is this

We flew past a place with mountains. I assumed it's mountain area. Can't be hills haha I thought we already arrived at Japan. Maybe the southern area. But the sunlight was still there. We supposed to land around 10.30pm. Total darkness. So I seriously have no idea which part of the world we flew past. It's beautiful though. I wish I can take a better photos of it.

Tup tap tup tap we finally on top of Tokyo. I was kinda panicked because the pilot announced the time we will land. Not on schedule. I needed to arrive at the airport fast to catch train. I didn't want to get stranded in the airport!

The plane safely touched down at Haneda Airport. We got down from the plane, rode a bus (what do you call it? shuttle bus?) to the terminal. Scanned. Passed the immigration (when I gave the officer my passport, my boarding pass was in it. He took it out and forgot to return it to me. When I was about 100 meter away, he ran towards me to gave it back. awww). Took my bag full of food (LOL) and headed toward the train. Oh, before that, I saw the Arashi on the wall. I was in rush so I took a photo using my lousy phone quickly (without me in it ARGH). Just before I got to ticket machine (whatever you call that thing, head isn't clear now, can't think properly) I was stopped by two men. They started talking in Japanese. I was like eh what huh @_@ and said I don't understand. They then tried their best to talk in English. They asked for my name bla bla and gave me paper with emergency numbers. I was uneasy so started questioning them bla bla bla and finally I said I was in hurry and need to take the train asap. Went to bought the ticket (with the help of a worker standing next to the machine). One of the guys earlier asked the worker if train to Asakusa is still available and she said yes (thank God). So, after some little bowing with the men (owh man, the awkwardness in foreign country) I rush to the platform. So, what's now?

I took the first train that arrived. Sitting in front of me were a man and an old man. After a few stops, I felt uneasy again. Am I on the right train? Do I have to change train? The old man already gone. I gathered up courage and asked the 30-ish man if he can speak English. He said a little. So I asked him if I'm on the right train to Asakusa. He checked his phone. He looked like he wasn't completely sure but he told me to get out at the next stop. And he'll follow me. At the next stop both of us went out of the train. While waiting for my train we chatted a bit. His name is, I'm not sure about this but it sounds like Max, and he is working is Shibuya. Soon after my train arrived. He didn't get in because his train will be the next one. After saying goodbye and thank you, I went in and sat on the seat. I looked around. Not many people. I looked at my printed subway map. I'm sure this is the right train. The last train to Asakusa.

But this is where the nightmare started. I have no idea WHY (am I so STUPID) but at one stop, there was an announcement about passengers who want to take **** lines should change here bla bla. I was like eh? change here? and immediately went out of the train. After the train went then realisation came to me. I was on the right train. the last train. Stupid right.

I panicked. I approached a train station worker and asked him. he said it's the last train. No more! Oh God, I started thinking about staying at this station till 5 am for the first train and that thought alone gave me shivers. Then I remembered that JR Line stop their services later than subways. And there are many people on the other platform. SO I asked for assurance if I can get there somewhere nearer by JR Line. He said yes lalalala

So I ran to the next platform, started to babbling about how I got off on the wrong stop to the cute girl at the JR ticket counter, asked for ticket to Akihabara. She gave me the ticket, no need to pay, because I already paid for original ticket to Asakusa (orz). Next, is what I don't want to tell. It's... it's... something I don't want to remember. Anyway, I got on the train, started to think calmly again. Oh there, one more mistake. Why did I asked for Akihabara ticket. Ueno is nearer! *facepalm* I decided to go to Ueno station instead. After I arrived at the station (and paid the extra fare) I took a taxi (I have to. and hey it's not really bad, at least I get to feel how it's like to take Japanese Taxi HAHAHA and yes, no need to open the door yourself, okay jakun haha). About 3 km (and xxxx yen) after that, I arrived in front of my hostel, Khaosan Tokyo Guest House Hostel. I was really really relieved.

the next morning

Went inside using pin number they gave me earlier, I saw a man sitting on a chair in kitchen area. I told him I want to check in. He said he wasn't the worker, but a guest. okaaaaay. another embarrassing moment LOL but he helped me anyway. He searched the staff for me. After filling a form, the staff gave me a key and brought me to my room. Bed actually. I booked a bed for female dorm. 8 beds in total in that room. After putting my luggage, I went back to the kitchen area. Talked to the guy eralier. He's a Singaporean.Nice guy. We talked for quite a time. Mostly about places in Japan. Then I got on a computer. Need to inform my family esp my mom that I arrived safely XD

Finally, it's time for a rest. A real rest. I was tired, mentally and physically. I had headache too. Possibly jet lag. D:

So, it's the end of my first day.

Oh god, I typed quite a lot didn't I. And in details too. too detailed lol please forgive me. It's my writing style. excuse my horrible English too orz

they're pretty busy nowadays with tour. yup they're still having concerts around Japan. This month will ends with them performing at ZEPP TOKYO on 27th July 2011. They still have some concerts in November and December (with another Nippon Budokan concert on 25 Dec! D-san said they have been performing there on the 25th every year since 2008. wow impresive)

as all of you know, Japan had been hit with a massive earthquake on 11 March 2011, followed by huge tsunami that swept most of the coastal area near the place affected. On the same day, later that night, dRII tweeted (yes, he is safe) this:

TAKUYA sent me a mail and said don't worry All member too

yes, all of them are safe, he confirmed it again yesterday and said they stopped their recording schedule.

thank God they're save. honestly, I've been worried about them when I get news of the disaster.
may they continue to be safe as the situation in Japan, albeit happened 2 days ago, still is bad. aftershock still continue to occur and there's concern over nuclear power plant that was affected.
and no, not just them we should be pray for, but for all human being over there too.
to people who are struggling to stay alive
to people who lost their home
to people who lost their friends and family
may they be safe and have their hope and faith intact.

if you can help them in anyway, please do so.

the anime title is 青の祓魔師 or Ao no Exorcist (Blue Exorcist). first episode will be aired on 10 April 2011 at 5 pm JST on MBS/TBS. now, go mark your calendar!
btw, it will be a new song for the OP, not MONDO PIECE.

I'm into volume 4 of the manga currently. it's quite good but somehow failed to impress me. if you haven't read it, why not give it a try. won't lose anything :D

official new single date was announced today. it will be released on 23 March 2011. no news about the title or CD cover yet.

also, UVERworld 2011 tour, called UVERworld 47/47 Tour 2011, announced on their homepage too, along with dates and venues. starting from 15 April 2011, the tour will last till 11 June 2011. probably they will make more concert after that (like last year) but that isn't definite.

there is no official news about UVER next release but some website (like fan-net here) listed 9 march 2011 as new single release date and 13 April 2011 for new album. bear in mind, it's not official and can change anytime. let's wait for official announcement, nee? even UVER is working hard making new songs now (dR2, the staff, said so. sometimes he gives real-time report of what's going on in studio etc)

First time I listened to the song, the impression that I get is pretty much meh ಠ_ಠ

my internet sucks, I had a hard time streaming the radio and all I get is LQ sounds with occasionally missing audio.
I was really really expecting for a rock song. A gundam song. probably like Hakanaku mo Towa no Kanashi. CHANGE is pretty awesome too.
however, piano part made me :)

after listening to better quality of the song (MULTIPLE TIME ~~that I will get bored with the song before the single, or worst PV, is out ORZ~~) and have a look at the lyric (though, I can only get it a little, AH need a translation!) my thought of the song changed.

It's a nice ballad. and it's not ballady ballad. it's UVERballad! ♡

since I'm bored today, I'll just do a quick update:

UVERworld going to perform at Tokyo Dome (wiki) on 27 November 2010, so as TAKUYA announced in one of their tour concert not so long ago. the countdown already appeared (ages ago) in their homepage, UVERworld.com and UVERworl.jp. FYI, Tokyo Dome is bigger, waaaaay bigger than Budoukan.

I am so proud of them T_T
but I wish than I can go to the big concert *sulk at one corner*

erhem... so the other update is that they're going to open a cafe, UVERcafe, from 8 August to 20 August 2010. Katsuya's original recipe and all members' original drinks will be served. As whether UVERworld themselves will be there or not, I have no idea. Some goods will be sold too, I love the strap!
A gallery also will be opened (free access) that will display various items such as their instruments, clothes, tour goods and whatever they have to show XD (my guess is they going to show the same things as in their previous Anniversary Gallery in Paseo).

I was in a closed concert with only a bunch of people inside... and An Cafe is performing on stage! but there's only Miku and a drummer (weird, it's not teruki) while other members can't make it (they were replaced by other people)... after Miku finished performing, he came to us and started to... nyappy-ing .______.
